Wow. What a shame. I've used Nailtiques for years and it's the only product that gives me fabulous nails, and I've tried many, including Perfect Nails. One of my "must have" products! Good luck on finding yours.

I just got off the phone with Nailtiques customer service, who were very nice, & I explained how long & how often I used formula 2 & my results. She told me that formula 2 is too strong for me & has caused the nail lifting and that I should cease using it. That I should moisturize my nails regularly and make sure to get it underneath my nail as well. She also recommended that I purchase Nailtiques Formula 3 since she said that if my nails are hard & peeling that it is most likely because my nails are brittle. She also said that she doesn't believe that my nails will continue to detach since I've stopped using formula 2.
I think calling their customer service before purchasing or as soon as you see a problem is the best recommendation that I can offer here. I do believe formula 2 can be a very effective product when matched with the right nails & also when monitored. On the website, it does say that after use of formula 2 has fixed your problem that you should move onto formula 1. The lady from customer service even said she would have recommended formula 1 to me except that she said it sounds like my nails are brittle due to the peeling.
I know that other than one Sally Hansen product, which was discontinued, that the nail care products that I've used that are like a clear coat have never done anything for me. Nailtiques has been a big surprise.
I'm off to purchase some formula 3 & buy some more Sally Hansen apricot cuticle cream since I'm going through it like mad at the moment. Oh, I also told the lady on the phone what I've been using for moisture & she didn't have a problem with anything and was particularly in favor of the oil I use with tea tree in it since as my nails are now lifted they are more prone to a fungus & although she didn't recommend Neosporin she said it couldn't hurt. So I'm using it too since PMS 24-7 said it worked for her.
I'm so glad the streets are cleared of the snow today since I'll have to travel a little further to get to CVS which carriers formula 3.
Hope everyone has a good day today. :-)

Straight up, thanks. I just got two Zoyas in the mail & I swatched them on a nail wheel which I look at longingly, lol.

I know, I read review after review of how great formula 2 is, but I just called their customer service and she said formula 2 is too strong for me & that I should use formula 3. I just posted an update here after my phone call.
Onward, I want my long nails back. :-)

Oh, I know that feeling!
What Zoya colors did you get? I haven't purchased anything from them for a while as I have quite a few in my "arsenal".

Those of you with nails that are soft, peeling, splitting etc., this product is amazing. I had thee most pathetic nails for years. Not sure where I even heard about this product but I bought the smallest bottle available. I've hardly made a dent in the teeny bottle and my nails are SO much stronger. And they grow! I can actually paint my nails now! I highly recommend this product but please check their website to make sure you are buying the correct formula.
Thanks, but at this time I do believe it to be the Nailtiques 2 that has caused my nails to lift from their nail beds. I'll keep you & everyone else that reads my post updated.Because formula 2 was not made for you and you should have stopped at the word soft!
Had you used the correct formular (3) it would not have happened. Do not blame the product because your research was incomplete!
Wow, annnacat, what's eating you today? She read the box, and the instruction pamphlet. That should be enough. Not everyone computer searches every little product they use. You sound like you own stock in the product or something!

I got Claudine. I have a thing for the gray polishes & I almost thought this was a dupe for L'Oreal's Stroke of Midnight after I received it, but it's not. L'Oreal's is a black pearl & Claudine has to be the darkest charcoal gray that I now have so yay!! I also purchased Charity which I love. It's a pinky/mauve with a gold gleam running through. It's very understated, but with a little twist. What are some of your fav Zoyas? I keep a swatch folder for colors I want to get.
