every week for my nails. If im wearing my real diamonds it is always OPI Slippers, and if i wear my paste it is A line called Lippman in a Sheer Oyster.

I wore more deeps in my 60 's and enjoyed but I feel free with paler shades

Thanks for responding. When I wear sheer, I feel nekkid so end up with 3 coats.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Is no one wearing pink for us ???

I am personally against pink-washing things for BCA. I find the whole idea of companies selling pink items just to be linked with a good cause to be very upsetting, especially companies that have anti-woman policies (NFL) or make or use products linked to cancer or other health risks (pink fracking drills, Susan Komen KFC buckets of chicken). I would rather use my words to talk to people about it that wear or purchase anything pink.

Right now I'm wearing CND's Masquerade, a red-brown shade on my fingers. My toes are an OPI shade, Shimmery Chic

I am familiar with both those shades and think they are very pretty.

I have 1 cocker!

You can never go wrong with "Waitress". I believe it is the most popular shade of red.

OT: lulu2, I've loved cockers since the early 50's The elderly couple next door had Penny, so sweet and cuddly. My 2 are partis, red-white and dark brown-white.

I wear my new Kate Spade pink handbag and pink shoes. Nailpolish varies based on my mood. To day I had orange red, but bag is still pink!

Hi lulu, thanks for the shout out! I thought I might post a NOTW tomorrow. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

One thing I like about not posting a new mani every week is having the freedom to repeat favorites, and I like it so much, I've been wearing the one I'll show tomorrow for almost a month!

Hope you've been well, I too am a survivor and just try to endure all the October hype. Oct. 9th was my 14th anniversary, and I consider it a good thing that it passed this year without my even thinking of it!

"See you" tomorrow -- everyone is welcome!

i have been in a nail polish rut. i discovered a polish made by finger paints and i fell in love with it. the color is pass the picasso( its a greyish-purple) and i have been wearing it for months on end. i cannot seem to tire of it, and i get so many compliments on it that i KNOW it will become my signature polish. this week, however, i stepped out of the box and tried (eeeeek) something different. i am wearing a light color; sally hansen 'boardwalk'. it has been on my hands for two days, and i betcha that i have pass the picasso back on my nails before monday. {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

thanks for the thread, lulu!
