Re: Nail polish & mature women

You should do what you want and what makes you happy, it is only nail polish. Trendy polish. colors draw attention to your hands, if you have great looking hands, wear the mint; if you don't have great looking hands but have a great attitude, wear the mint! I am in my sixties and I wear deep turquoise. I don't love my hands but I love the color and it makes me smile. Go Mint!

I wonder why ""mint"" is being singled out.

Good answer.

Personally, I am not a fan of green polishes, but I don't care what color any other woman wears or how old she is when she wears it.

Life is way too short to be constrained by some supposed ""rule"" about nail polish color. Enjoy whatever color you like.

Well I'm 62 and wore bright teal polish on my fingernails today.

Re: Nail polish & mature women

Given my skin tone, at birth!

I normally wear clear/skin colors (with a slight shimmer/glitter), but I will give navy a shot. Since I'm always told I don't look my age, and I don't act it either, I can probably pull it off. Especially with my nails being so beautifully long at the moment (I just cursed myself, and I'll break one tomorrow no doubt LOL).

“We know that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection.

I believe a woman should wear whatever makes her feel good--at any age.
