Nail Polish Bottle Holder

I've been looking for one of these FOREVER. It is a bottle holder that holds your nail polish bottle at a certain angle so that when you dip your brush in, you get the right amount of polish and don't have to worry about blobs or drips. It also frees up the other hand.

I saw one in Vermont Country Store Catalog. It was $10. Their s&h is so doggone high, I just hate to pay that amount. I've looked at places like Walgreens and Sally Beauty with no luck. Are any of you lucky enough to have one? Where did you find it?????
