Nail Help Please!!!

I have always had really strong nails. Since July I had a gel manicure and finally stopped and took off all traces this weekend. My nails are now very weak and soft. I've cut them all the way down and am looking for something to put on them to help build up their strength again. I know the filing from the gel has made them this weak and they will hopefully grow back as strong as before, but what can I use until then????
