Hello ladies!
I haven't been on here in a while, but always come here when I'm seeking answers! Once again, I didn't receive a Spring Easy Pay. When I looked at past posts about the subject, I started laughing because I posted about it LAST year! Has anyone else had this problem?
Today, I was told that it was a "random" selection and there was nothing that could be done. So, I've emailed CS to see if it can be rectified. This is not a way to treat faithful customers! I do agree that it's like asking for a gift, but really!!! I've even recruited frinds from the "competition" to be "Q-lovers"!
Any advice? My Sicilian-Irish temper is being tested!
