so I'm on U-verse and for some reason this channel comes up shrunken despite being "HD" which is what the non-HD channels do.It is really annoying and almost unwatchable. Anyone else having this problem?

I feel the same way. I am not a fan of TN Beauty, and Friday Night Beauty is compltely unbearable to watch.

I checked out Beauty IQ this Friday, and I really enjoyed it. I love Alberti, and I did not think that Elise was that bad. I enjoyed being able to ask a question through FB, and have the Experts answer your questions. I also enjoy the tips that are offered. It's a completely different feel then the other channel.

@Anabanana745, it's non-HD on TV (though it comes across as HD on my iPad). Do you have a way of changing the aspect on your TV? I have DirecTV and there's a Format buttom which changes the aspect ratio for the non-HD channels. You may have something similar.

One thing that really needs improving on the BeautyIQ channel is removing the horizontal chyron (the text and graphics taking up the lower third of the screen) as it hides part of the faces and the beauty demos. The graphics need to move back to the left hand vertical side of the screen.

This is really apparent when Beauty IQ is running repeated segments that aired originally on QVC Live or QVC Plus because those programs originally aired with the graphics on the left and not the bottom third of the screen.
