So my question to everyone here is---
What type of beauty show would you like to see?
What is important to you to get you to watch for an hour?
Whose line would you like to know more of?
What are your areas of concern?
Who would like to host it and why?
Do you want just one line or the mixed bag that it is now?
I need to think about it too.

Great questions -- it's so easy to say what we don't like and harder to describe what we DO want. In general I want to turn back the clock to when I first started watching QVC in 2006. I was all over the map with my skincare and in dire straits living in the Desert -- my skin went from clear and smooth to splotchy and dry and growing fine lines every day. My derm advised: THREE THINGS: CLEAN, EXFOLIATE & PROTECT. Then came Christina with Philosophy! I paid close attention to her because she clearly knew her stuff (too bad she left). I saw so many skincare shows on QVC that were informative and engaging (more so than today) and I can tell when a vendor knows their stuff and when they're just 'selling'. I think QVC has since contracted with certain companies and see more 'selling' than 'informing'. I'm glad to see Paula's Choice on the Q because that lady knows her stuff (and everyone else's!) I'd love to see weekly day-long Beauty Shows featuring a wide variety of skincare & makeup. I want to hear ONLY from the creators/vendors & NOT the Hosts (except for prices and values!!!) Example: What I despise & mute is a show like LG's 2-hr presentation today and the host Jackie taking it over as if she invented each product. I want to hear from Laura!! The Host should always take second seat to the experienced Vendor because they know everything about their products and I want to hear it!!! Most of the Beauty Hosts need reigning in and I'm surprised that QVC allows their often rude or obnoxious behavior -- it's neither informative nor entertaining. I'd like to see a very wide variety of skincare & makeup lines -- even if they only present once. I'd like REALLY good deals on first-time purchases of a new line -- and samples included with each purchase (I hear of others getting samples but I never do & I shop a lot at QVC). I'd like to eliminate the boring life-stories of the lonely ladies who call in and suck up time. Who cares??? I'd like more consistency in product pricing & EZ pay terms -- I usually miss the original presentation thus missing out on the many OTO's and EZ pays for that day or time slot only. Sometimes when I catch the video on the App I'll request the same terms from CS and often get it but the daily price & terms changes are very unfair to those of us who don't sit in front of QVC on TV or online 24/7 --- so offer us one thing for the same price & terms until it sells out.
Do I think the Q will listen to us and our wishes then make changes to please us (and possibly increase interest & sales)??? NO. But there's always hope. Meanwhile I shop less at the Q and more from other customer-oriented companies.

I agree with all of you. Same old stuff over and over again and and over again.
