Re: NEED ADVISE CREAM BLUSH THAT REALLY LASTS

Although I have tons of blush, I don't wear cream blush. I'll share what I know. Seems to me, wear time on cream blushes depends on the foundation you use and the setting or finish powder.

The one I have read tons of reviews on about being very pigmented with lasting power is very inexpensive and a dupe of the Make Up For Ever liquid blush that I believe is discontinued. It is e.l.f Studio HD Blush. It comes in a pump bottle. It's only $3! Target or the eyeslipface.com website. Make Up For Ever does have a new cream blush, HD Second Skin Cream blush, exclusively at Sephora, not sure about longevity. Maybe worth checking online for reviews. Their original came in a pump bottle, like the e.l.f., but was too hard to control.

I haven't heard anything about Tarte's relaunch of their cream and gel blushes in the push up tubes. I have heard very good things about Maybelline's two new cream blushes in the tube, Master Glaze. I have one Maybelline Dream Bouncy blush and it wears well.

Re: NEED ADVISE CREAM BLUSH THAT REALLY LASTS

I've pretty much switched entirely to cream from powder blushes. I have tried many. I get the best result and longevity from JM cheek gels and Nars. The Maybelline are good but not as long wearing as the previously mentioned for me. But for the price they're good. JM gels are so pretty on, very natural looking. I think they are my favorites. I also found using a stippling brush made a huge difference. The end result when using the brush is a night and day difference. I have two stippling brushes, Mac #188 and Real Techniques. I much prefer the Real Techniques brush and it was about $8 with an Ulta coupon.

Check out Tarte's tints. I also use lipstick on my cheeks that lasts pretty long time.

Re: NEED ADVISE CREAM BLUSH THAT REALLY LASTS

Hi Rockydog1!

I have 3 recommendations for you-

Stila Convertible Color. Comes in some great shades, can be used for cheeks and lips, goes on beautifully- and LASTS! With this one I like to prep my skin (moisturize, prime) and then blend it on with my fave brush- ELF small stipple. Blends like a dream and the formula is creamy and buildable (I LOVE the texture of this blush!!). I then apply my BE foundation over it (yes, over) .I don't know why it works so well this way, but it does. It ends up looking like the softest flush of color- very natural.

2 Maybelline Blushes (as someone else already stated)-

Dream Bouncy Blush (have it a mauve shade that is to die for)- also goes on beautifully, blends beautifully, and lasts well. With this one I also use my Elf brush, but I use this one over liquid foundation, and finish with a dusting of Mineral Veil and it last all day on me.

Master Glaze- beautiful shades to choose from, formula is nice. I use this one as I do the Bouncy Blush. The look it gives is great- I think the wear time is good, but not quite as good as the Bouncy.

Good luck, and I hope this helps!
