NEED: A good berry/wine lip liner that stays...

This is an elusive item for me. I need one in the berry/wine/burgundy shade that stays on once I put it on. I also don't like those liners that drag on the lip line while you're trying to apply them. I find they leave my lip line looking irritated.

I know somebody on this forum can help, I've never been let down before. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
