NCN Customer Service - Nicely Done

I tried to order a few things from the NCN site last night. For some reason I have ongoing difficulties. I sent an email voicing my frustration. At 8:00am this morning I received a phone from Nanci herself outlining the problem and the solution. That is great service, IMO. For the record, it is a problem with my ISP. Thought I'd share a positive c/s experience.

NCN Skincare is an online company that sells very high quality, fairly priced skincare. If you read any of the posts in the very recent Vitamin C thread you'll see it mentioned frequently. It is mentioned often in other threads as well.

That is great BC. I emailed them twice with no response. It kind of annoyed me but I was curious about her new serum for discoloration and decided to email again. I got a very nice response with a lot of helpful information. I did end up trying another product but I did appreciate the email and all the information. I may give her line a try one day. I think they must have had some glitch with their emails. After the nice response I got, I'm sure she wasn't ignoring me.

I haven't had anything but good experiences with her CS since I've been using her products (at least a year and half now). That is awesome she called you herself- who does that these days?!

Getting ready to try 2 newly re-formulated products. Especially like the opportunity to purchase travel / sample sizes of many products.

I posted in another thread that I emailed her about sunscreen -- was she planning on offering one? She responded in minutes and said No, but told me about the product she's been using for years and loves. How nice! Unfortunately, when I looked it up there are TONS of negative reviews about a reformulated version (why do manufacturers do that????) -- "I've used this for years and loved it, but the new formula is unwearable..." etc. So apparently Nanci hasn't gotten a reformulated batch yet. :-)

It seems she's always working on improving products with new technology, ingredients. I've run across a few items she used to offer and no longer does (sunscreen, for one).
