NAKERY ON THE OTHER CHANNEL

This is the second time this has happened when I tried to place a Nakery order on the other channel...

The item is on-air. I use my app to order. First it says there's not enough inventory to fulfill my order (single ship). Try again, same message. Later last night, my order goes through. This morning, I get a message saying due to low inventory, my order will be delayed, and I have the option to cancel.

I don't understand. Can someone help me understand this practice of theirs? The last time this happened, I just canceled. Can I live without this product? Sure, but I'd like to try it. Maybe.

Hi @BarbiHollywood . I ordered one of their products a couple of weeks ago. It was in a tube. Well, the tube was totally open at the bottom end!!! It was all over the box and the tube bottom-wide open. What a mess! They said don't even send it back and credited me on the spot. So I'm wondering if they're having troubles with their tubes and maybe the CS hasn't a clue what's going on.

Hiiiiii, Judaline!!!!! Soooo good hearing from you!!! Where have you been??!!!!! Did you look at the Days page to see a new pic I posted? Go look if you haven't already.

People online have commented that Nakery creams are too thick for the type of tube they use. I wonder if that's it. But still, you order it as it's being viewed on-air then suddenly you can't get it? I emailed HSN to explain it to me, I'm not upset or anything, just don't understand, awaiting their reply. Something similar happened, too, with a Skinn item, but I did end up getting the product.

I wonder if some problems are related to the HSN transition to the QVC location. HSN would have to be dealing with a lot of issues right now and shipping could be one of them. I have one HSN item that is quite delayed and I choose to just wait it out. HSN sends me update emails to let me know I'm not forgotten. Works for me.

@BarbiHollywood I know. I've just started lately to get back to posting. We lost our son in August. I really couldn't get interested in anything anymore. And then little by little I guess I have gotten back to things I used to do. I really don't want to go into details but just so you know he wasn't a little kid, he was a dear sweet man but still a boy to me. I miss him. He lived with us as he had some kind of brain damage from birth and I see him in everything and room in the house. I really stopped posting on this particular thread since DAYS ran out on me to Peacock. But sometimes I see a familiar name and say hi. So HI, Barbi. I will try to keep in touch.
