First I tried their new haircolor in Sublime Mousse and it came out way too dark. Washing with dish detergent hadn't lightened it much. The gal I spoke to in CS was nice enough to offer to send me a refund. I just got a letter from them and was sent a voucher for $10 for their products. This was less than I paid with tax which they said they would also return. I called again, and was told there was an error made. I was told I had to send back the voucher to them in order to get my proper refund. They said they would add for my postage and tax. Isn't this a little tacky of them. I mean really! Their product messed up my hair, and I have to go through the trouble of returning a voucher to them, which is their mistake, in order to get the refund I was promised to begin with.
Is it just me, or do you also find this a little off putting and petty of them. The gal was also kind of snippy and unpleasant.
