It's so odd to see someone admit to liking fragrance In Their Skin Care (g).  It seems like a sin these days to be pro-fragrance in anything.  I enjoy fragrance in my skin care but most of mine is fragrance free.  I have found it easy to be consistent with my skin care routines because I enjoy doing it. I've bottled a little with my recent surgeries . I would enjoy it more if the products I used were fragrant.

If I could only use one skin care product and that is not including what I wash my face with, it would be... this is hard. It's like choosing your favorite child.  It would be Kiehl's milky essence with lactic acid or a retinol. I don't use sunscreen or Retin-A.  I just stay out of the sun's way.

I'm so sorry about your pet. I don't remember if it's a dog or a cat but regardless they are an integral part of our families and losing a beloved family pet is something we will all have to go through probably more than once and one of the hardest things we have to do as pet owners 🐾

The last couple of days, though, I couldn't care less.  We're sending our sweet boy to The Rainbow Bridge tomorrow and I've been crying most of the time. 🐾💔

I can't pick only one product. I like it all, but the most important ones are probably my vitamin c serum and my Tretinoin.  But then I still need a moisturizer.  🤷‍♀️

@JeanLouiseFinch I am so so sorry to hear about your furbaby. I lost my Lexi in January. It is just so hard. Sending you hugs. XO

Thank you, @monicakm.  I/we have been through it seven times, over the years, with various cats (six euthanasias and one mean neighbor).  This time, it's a dog and much harder.

the only fragrance I like in skin care is natural botanicals or a spa-type fragrance. I find them irresistible, soothing.  I cannot stand highly artificially perfumed products for my face

@fairydogmother I have a pretty involved skincare routine:

In the morning:

*Omnilux RLT (every morning)

*ZIP or Nuface (couple x's/wk)

*Timeless Vit C

*Timeless CoQ10 (w/Matrixly 3000)

*moisturizer

*Sunblock

In the Evening

*Bioderma Micellar Water

*Gentle cleanser

*Serum (Matryxl Syn 6 or other)

*RetinA (with breaks if irritated)

*Moisturizer and or oil.

I enjoy my routine and feel it's made a huge difference in the look of my skin. If I don't feel like doing it all one day I won't but I usually do.

The most important things (if I was forced to choose): sunblock, retinA and RLT (couldn't pick just 1)....

I'm so very sorry you are going through this.  Saying goodbye to our little loves is truly heart wrenching.

No one wants to make that call but just please know that the decision you are making is the most loving and selfless one.

Sending hugs Heart
