My hair doesn't feel "clean"...

I am a first time WEN user. My hair feels very soft, but not clean. Do I need to wash, rinse, and repeat? My hair falls flat as soon as it is dry, too. Does one type clean better than another? I am using the Lavender WEN. HELP!?
