My first dermatologist appointment in a week...

...What should I ask the doc? My main issue is the stubborn bumps on my forehead and cheeks that do not go away. Also, my chapping lips and large pores with black heads.

Should I ask her to check the moles on my body? Should I ask for an RX for something similar to retin-A but less irritating? Am I greedy asking all these questions?
