OT silver hair model proves once again grey is becoming increasingly popular and stunningly beautiful. Never regret my decision no longer color. Recently chose updated flirty pixie style. Credit goes to my new hairstylist. Best I have ever had cut my hair.

I never wear a red lip either. I'm very pale with medium brown hair. The main reason is that I think it accentuates your teeth and mine are not perfectly white. Also it accentuates every flaw in your lips.

But I love the idea of a sheer red, I'm going to try one.

My suggestion is Revlon's Softsilver Red.  Not really a red red, but a dark pink --- unless I wear something in the coral family, then it looks coral.  And matches any color of red (like my really-red leather jacket).  It's kind of a chameleon color.  I've worn it for 40 years and it seems to blend with every color I wear, but isn't too "out there" red for my fair skin and white-ish grey hair.  It has a shiny finish  (not matte) and the color lasts for hours.  

And it's about $7 at your drugstore or supermarket.

I agree with this shade!  It's lovely.  It's not screaming red but it's somewhat bold in a more refined way.  It does seem to look well with about everything.

I have to wonder if her sweater is covering up a case of "turkey neck".  She seems too perfect.  "mature " lady is now code for a senior citizen I suppose ?

@Greeneyedlady21-- btw, there's a Softsilver Red and a Softsilver Pink.  Two totally different colors. 

I love the color of that Red Velvet lip butter.  Nice!  Red without being too red.
