My Ulta Had ONLY 10 Bottles of Tarte's Maracuja Oil for a Nationally Advertised Event

Really?

Was told they only had a regular shipment on Monday. About 10 bottles was what was delivered. Went out on the floor then.

I told the SA that was ridiculous for the '21 Days of Beauty' event. At 2 per customer, that would be FIVE lucky people. Another SA overheard me (I wasn't yelling...lol) and asked if I had called ahead to have them hold 2 bottles. I said told her no.

I left without looking at anything else.

When I got home later I called and asked for a manager. An assistant manager took the call and must have read from a script. Blah Blah Blah. I told her if I knew I had the luxury to call from bed and have a SA 'hold' them till I got there, I would have done that. She said that wasn't allowed. Well, talk to your SA's.
