I love the tarte line and was excited to get this tsv. I love their mascara and can always use that and was really interested in the blush and foundation and huge brush to apply it with. I just got home and it was on my door step and couldn't wait to try it on that I put it over my fading makeup from this morning. Overall, I really like this kit! Here goes...

Foundation (Fair) - I wear the lightest shades in most brands and have fair skin. I wear fair in Mally, Fairly Light in BE, and the fairest shade in MAC foundation. This is a true fair color, not pink toned but not too yellow either. It's the perfect shade for my fair skin. Nice consistency, not runny. This is buildable, light to full coverage.
Big Buki Foundation Brush - This brush has the sofest bristles and is extra fluffy. I was wondering if using this ginormous brush would be okay to apply liquid foundation but somehow it works and makes blending easy and fast especially if you are liquid makeup challenged. Love it! Could also be used for other products, powder, bronzer, etc.
Eyeshadow Quad - Colors are okay, nothing I didn't already have. They are silky smooth, don't know about how long they last since I haven't had them on that long. Could do with or without them.
Mascara - I have loved Tarte's mascara for a few years now. I have only been using Tarte mascara and Mally Volumizing Mascara for awhile now, love them both. This mascara separates, volumizes, and lengthens! It's wonderful!
Waterproof Eyeliner - Love that this eyeliner is in pencil form (self-sharpening a plus). This is a very pretty plum color that glides on easily. Tried it on my hand also and is not coming off so it will definitely stay on your eyes.
Blush - I love blush. I never go without color on my cheeks because I am so fair. Blush gives me a healthy flush to my skin. This color is so pretty! It is a peachy pink and I compared it to my NARS Orgasm blush and it looks identical in the package and on my cheeks! Love it! It says it is 12 hour blush so hopefully it lasts that long since blush fades easily, especially on my combo/oily skin.
LipGloss - A golden pink color in a twist up contatiner. Nice consistency, not goopy. Has a minty scent, which is nice. The color is pretty but has glitter in it instead of just shimmer. Not a fan of the glitter, but overall it is a pretty color.
This kit is totally worth it considering just the mascara is $19 retail, Blush is $25 retail, and the foundation and brush will sell on qvc for $38. This whole kit will be $48.36 and on 3 ez payments. I ordered on A/D and am very glad I did! Can't wait for future colors!!!
