My Super saturday Special MALLY got CRUSHED Anyone else?

I ordered the MALLY 24/7 eyeliner set, it had a black and white and a brown and white in the kit. I opened my package and there was brown dust all over everything! To beat it all , there was no white on the other half of the container. I think that's wht it got broken and shook loose all over the pack. I was so disappointed. I really wanted tis kit and the Q wont replace it with the individual ones that they sell everyday. They just said they are no longer selling them even though I gave them the item number to replace it with. Anyone else have that problem? I'm just bummed..... Smiley Sad
