My Smashbox TSV still hasn't shipped!!!

I ordered it Sunday night just after 9:00 pm Pacific Time and it is still In Process. Anyone else??? I called Customer Service and the gentleman was very nice, but just told me it will ship soon. If it gets to the 5th day, I am supposed to call back and they'll send an email in saying it is stuck in the system. I also paid extra for faster delivery! Why have other women received theirs and mine hasn't even shipped yet?
