My RLT experience...face and hair

[ Edited ]

I have been using Omnilux RLT mask for 7 months and I have seen no noticeable improvement in skin. I would not buy again but I am glad I tried it just to see for myself. Since I have it, I will keep using it because it is not hard to fit into my routine.

I have been using Capillus RLT hair growth hat for just about 7 months and woo hoo....noticeable small hairs are coming in. I just started noticing the little hairs (about a half inch long) in last 7 days or so. I think if my hair was darker I might have noticed sooner. I bought a starter cap to see if technology would work for me. Now that I know it works I am going to buy a cap with more lights and give this one to my sister to try. I purchased the hat at Costco because of their return policy.

My thinning hair bothers me way more than a few eye crinkles, so I am glad the hair is coming in and I am anxious to see continued improvement.

@Desertdi

I know they get raves, I spent a lot of time looking at the various rlt masks. I just did not see noticeable improvement in my skin after many months of consistent use. Just relaying my experience. Others may see improvement.

@kate2357         Just posted the pic in case someone thought it was a mask that comes out of a tube or jar.   (Personally,  I would get laser.)    di

I've been using my CurrentBody mask for over a year and I mostly see my redness reduced. I don't have much in the way of wrinkles or fine lines but I do have some lower-facial sagging down around the jowl area. Not much change there b/c that is basically loss of volume in the cheeks. Loss of volume anywhere cause some sagging and that's my issue. RLT is probably working quietly in the background as it helps reduce inflammation and restores normal cellular functions. So maybe it's a good thing to keep using it b/c it's more of a preventative treatment rather than a restorative one.

ETA-

As for my CapillusPro cap...I have nothing but positive things to say about that one. I wouldn't give it up if my life depended on it. I would be bald on top if I didn't use it and that's no exaggeration.

Re: My RLT experience...face and hair

@Desertdi Just be aware that you posted a pic of the Omnilux Clear that is more for acne and hormonal  acne treatment and those skin problems.  The Omnilux Contour is the mask version for  Aging skin issues and there is a difference in the rlt provided.  I have the Contour and have been using for about a year and will continue to do so.  They look similar but are a bit different.

@Jk9    I only posted a picture of the device to show that it is not a cosmetic in a tube or jar.    People see the word "mask" in a cosmetic sense, and think it's something you wash off (!!)

@Desertdi

Thank you for posting a picture. My tablet is being contrary tonight and I couldn't post images.

Re: My RLT experience...face and hair

@Desertdi I understand that and appreciate your posting the pics (as always).  Just clarifying so that it's understood there are different versions that look similar in that brand (Omnilux).   They also have a men's version.

@Jk9     I would assume that a person would check out the product specifications before they fork over $400...
