I've always wanted to try the Wen mouse but I just couldn't talk myself into spending close to $40 on it once shipping and tax were added BUT I received it as a Christmas gift and now I'm hooked! My hair is fine, thin, flat, blah, won't hold a curl, etc. The mouse really helps with these issues and more! My hair is sooo soft with it and has much more volume but not heavy at all. If I blow dry my hair I can get a bit more body but even with air drying it makes a big difference. I don't know how it works on other hair types but if you have my hair type and are on the fence- GET IT Smiley Happy

Glad you posted. My hair sounds exactly like yours and I've been wanting to try the mousse, but can't justify the cost. You've got me thinking.

If it helps with your decision at all, it does last a long time. I use about 7 or 8 pumps per day and it lasts a good 3 months Smiley Happy

EBay usually has a lot to choose from all Wen products. When I want to pick up a particular Wen product, I always check there and have picked up what I want for a great price. Just be sure to look for the sellers offering the best prices because some really jack up their pricing.

Hi Dere! That's why Chaz calls it "smart hold technology". It holds the hair in the style you create until you wet it again. I've tried all of them. The 613 one is great but right now, I'm using the new Winter Citrus mousse. It really is fabulous. I won't use anything but Wen on my hair. I only use two to three pumps and my hair is very long. If your hair is fine you don't even need a lot. People with thick, coarse hair would need more, I should think. I used to have a head full of hair that was so destroyed by coloring and shampooing that I just got so tired of it and after discovering Wen I decided to cut it all off and just use Wen and now it's all grown back in but WAY different. It's vibrant and bouncy and shiny. The infomercials are true, I feel. I've seen so many adverts on TV and got burnt a lot but Wen is true and the creator of the product uses it himself so you can't beat that with a stick.

I'm using the lavender and only use 3 pumps. I've noticed the best results when I use it on soaking wet hair after I do my leave in. If I towel dry a bit and then use it (like other mousse) it doesn't turn out quite as good

I do have mousse here and have only tried it a few times. I really didn't find that it did much more for me than just using styling cream with glossing serum (which is my usual regimen). But I don't curl my hair as it is naturally wavy; I blow it straight. Maybe that's why it's not really the best product for me?

Let m e tell you I'm amazed that my first bottle of ,mousse lasted me a year, I used it twice a week 6-8 pumps. Can't beat that and I love 613 mousse it's the only one I use although I own several different scents.

Glad it is working well for you! I tried the pomegranate and the SHP mousse and just couldn't get it to do anything for my hair even though I tried it every which way. It does last forever though- I used them up as a shave cream and I swear it was never-ending!

I have a short, naturally curly bob and my hair LOVES the mousse. I really can tell a difference when I don't use it, i.e., my curls are less defined. I switch between 613 and the seasonals. I'm quite stocked up on Summer Honey Peach right now! I use 5 pumps and it works beautifully.
