My experience with Lauras packaging has been very poor, in no time the mirrors break and fall out, compacts fall apart.

I have to agree with you, @Shelbelle.  The contents are great but the packaging

leaves a lot to be desired. Totally unexpectedly I just had another compact lid break off  at the hinge this morning. 😡

Jean, that could never be unexpected, so used to it by now !!! some of my Geller items are now held together with rubber bands, attractive NOT !! I also am not liking the talc, so not buying her compacts any longer.  Those new pallettes she comes out with for holiday, are most likely made in China, have been in the past.

By "totally unexpected" I meant I didn't have any warning and all of a sudden the compact was in two pieces when I opened it this morning.  But I understand that with these it can generally be expected at some point that these compacts don't last.  I ended up returning my TSV. I've had good luck with the. B-n-B but talc is something to consider.  I changed out all of my eyeshadows for mineral palettes because talc shadows look powdery and dry my lids.

I use Pacifica shadow palettes, very nice and talc free. My fave one is Pink Nudes. My issue with them now is they used to be made in USA but the newer ones are made in China. I think their skin care is still made here.
