Oh, but the code won't show up anymore when you open the site. If anyone is interested, I will try to post it here in some fashion or another. Smiley Wink

Yes, I have to say that I really don't use many of her products anymore. But I do like the Italian Marble lipsticks, and I've bI een interested in trying the eye spackle in colors, since I do like the original spackle. We shall see. At least I got them at basement bargain prices.

Hi SuzyQ, what is the original eye spackle? I've only ever heard of the colored hues ones. I got the mauve majesty a few years ago an did not like it. Is the original pink or yellow based or neutral? TIA!

Oh, I just noticed your comment about Mauve Majesty. I'm thinking that since I paid $14 for the whole kit of seven hues and a mascara, I'll be ahead of the game even if I were to like only one of the shades, since they retail at $23 each.

@suzyQ3 Maybe I will try again.  I was PO'd they erased all my points so didn't order.  I will see if I get an email back.  Highly unlikely since their CS stinks.  Good deals though and I wanted to try the baked elements.

Did you have a problem with some items?  I'd add 1 item and it was putting 2 in my cart. LOL. Like evine and their buy 2 buy 10 strategy.

Ok, so I got my order today. I ordered 4 of the Baked Elements powder foundations. Today I opened a box with the return address of a woman's name followed by Tri-Pac shipping company". I opened it up and there are 4 baked elements compacts in the box with some bubble wrap. Each compact has a white sticker with "item #xxxxxxxxxx" on it. You can't get the sticker off. And I was kind of expecting them to be individually boxed in the black/red box I'm used to from QVC. I called the number listed on the return address label and was told that they are a third party packer for Laura Geller and a drop-ship location for both Laura Geller and QVC. I feel it's kind of sketchy, and there was no pride in how the items were packaged and prepped for shipping. And who wants an ugly, unremovable white ID sticker on the top of every compact????? I'll be interested to hear how everyone else's purchases arrive and to see if all purchase direct from LG's website are handled this way.

The site was quite slow a few days ago, but no, I didn't have any such problems.

I agree their CS stinks, as you put it. Smiley Happy The few times quite a while ago that I did order from them, I seem to recall that the processing took forever. So I was very pleasantly surprised to get a shipping confirmation this morning after placing my order yesterday.

Rachb, was it shipped by this Tri-Pac? My shipping confirmation is from FedEx.

I understand when retailers like QVC use drop-shipping, but a company like Laura Geller? Maybe I don't understand drop-shipping after all.

As for that white sticker you mention, it's funny because just this morning I used a LG blush sample that came with one of those old order. The sample has one of those stickers on it. But I can't recall whether any of the items I ordered did as well. If you really want to get the sticker off, try a little olive oil. Otherwise, we always keep a bottle of Goo-Gone in the house.

Has anyone ever noticed that there are hardly any swatches of Laura Geller products online? It is probably one of the only major lines that has such few swatches. It is actually kind of frustrating when trying to decide if I might want to try something from her.

I received a shadow in my shipment this week that had the white sticker.  I ordered two eye rimz and one was boxed and the other wasn't and had the sticker.

I also got the pink grapefruit blush and wore it to work yesterday.  I had someone ask me if I was doing something different because my skin looked fresh and bright.  It's either the blush or my NuFace that I just started using.
