Re: My Bamboo Green Tea experiment......

WOW thank you for this review! I am so glad it works for your hair. The trial and effort was well worth it.

I didn't have the same experience with BGT. I really wanted to because I love the scent.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

I agree with you! I have been using BGT for the last two cleanses. It is a great combo. I have been using the Pom glossing serum with it.

Thank you motherinlaw for the terrific review! That's going to push me to order the March TSV now!! I have very fine hair and I've struggled before to find the "perfect" formula. I'm looking forward to trying this now. Thanks again! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Me too. Thanks for the great post, motherinlaw. I tried Wen once and gave it what I thought was a fair shot but didn't like the results. I too have fine hair and this is making me want to give it a second try. Good luck to you, Elsie!

Re: My Bamboo Green Tea experiment......

Bamboo Green Tea is my new holy grail product!! I have always been a tea tree girl and usually use TT daily as my first cleanse. I have been using bamboo green tea for both cleanses and love it!!! The shine I get with BGT is amazing!!! I think I only get these results when I use it for both cleanses. I have tried it with tea tree as a first cleanse and the results are not the same. I am so excited to try the new rice based cleansers that are coming out. Thanks for your post. It inspired me to revisit BGT on its own. Smiley Happy

I have fine hair too--mine is fine, oily and thinning, but the ends can be dry in winter, so I am still experimenting finding the right combo. One thing I have noticed though is that when I use the thicker CCs (like TT & 613) it helps to add plenty of water when cleansing and then rinse extra-long. BGT does work well for me. WWC is great because, for me, it has some moisture (but not too much) and is lightweight. However, I love the TT for my scalp, so I will continue to use it as my first cleanse on a regular basis.

I have done the same and settled with the lav

I do love the scent of BGT but the lav is best for me so I'm sticking with it.

Re: My Bamboo Green Tea experiment......

This is my first post here.

I absolutely agree with the OP. I've been using Wen for a year. I liked it (used fig, pumpikn, 6/13 and original vanilla mint. I also tried the Revitalizing Treament Spray in Peach.

I was in LA and stopped in Chaz's salon so I could smell and "test" all of the scents. I loved the Bamboo Green Tea and bought the treatment spray. I loved it so much I ordered more along with the CC. It is fantastic. The spray works like I expected the spray to work. It softens my hair and smells great. The CC is better than any I have tried including the 6/13. The results were immediate. A week later I went to my hairdresser's and she said my hair was in the best shape ever. I have highlighted long course hair. However, my split ends are gone and my hair is shiny and silky.

The Bamboo Green Tea is the best and I am sticking with it. I hope he makes it in the mousse as well. I use the 6/13 mousse which is exceptional but I truly think it will be superior in BGT.

Re: My Bamboo Green Tea experiment......

I haven't used the BGT CC much but when I did I thought it was a little drying for my hair (although I do like the scent and the RTM). I haven't had a problem with the seasonals (but I always mix those with FIG).

Re: My Bamboo Green Tea experiment......

I ordered the cleansing conditioner this morning from his own website with some help over the phone (I messed up the first order!) They were very helpful. But they are sold out of the Bamboo styling creme!!
