Went to get a haircut today with my hubby.  Local barber shop that I have been going to for years. Men were getting haircuts with top spikey and sides totally shaved and then beards trimmed but did not connect to hair as in striped effect.  I thought it was a joke when I saw the first guy but when others did the same I was wondering about how popular this style was. Had my hubby tried it I probably would have filed for divorce.  LOL

And then came home and checked  out QVC and it seemed everyone,hosts and vendors had a shiny face and lips and cheeks that looked as if they were blown up and out out of proportion.  Again if this is a new trend perhaps if I close my eyes it will all go away.

I have been seeing this style/haircut for some time now.  Very clean cut.  Not wild IMO.

Those are more or less modified military haircuts. Military haircuts are not that long on top and in most cases beards are not allowed.

I grew up as a military brat and I live in a military town so I've seen plenty of "high and tight" cuts.

Yes, that is what I saw.  Never seen this before today with so many.  Perhaps I should find another place to have my hair cut.  LOL

I'm SURE this isn't going to be a popular opinion here, but I MISS longish hair on guys.
