@Sweet Caroline 1I use to wear CK Obsession for years. Its one of my husband's favorites so I keep a small 1 oz. bottle on hand.I just recently purchase La Vie Est Belle L'eclat. I did test it out in the store but it started giving me a headache & that is unusual for me so I returned it.

I've read many reviews of the Jo Malone scents.  A great many say they don't last.  Is that your experience?

@EtherealI have had a few 1 oz. of her fragrances & they didn't last for more than 2 hrs. max on me. The one I have now is Joe Malone's Orange Blossom & I get about 4 hrs. wear time. I like it alot, its a light fresh floral. I have that in the 1oz too & just put it in my purse to refresh if needed.

I don't normally wear a fragrance. But the last time I did, there were a few unrelated people in different locations that asked me what I was wearing that day. The fragrance I was wearing was called Curve Crush...inexpensive yet long-lasting. I was very surprised with this one. I would describe it as effervescent.

@SilleeMee- This sounds like a nice spring/summer fragrance.

Re: Most complimented Fragrances?

Amazing Grace I received compliments ALL the time before Coty purchased it and reformulated it.  I still wear the scent though but miss the original lasting power. Another fragrance, believe it or not, an oldie but goody, Red Door.  For some reason, the fragrance works great with my body chemistry.  When I wear it, people are shocked when I say Red Door.  Another fragrance which is no longer made by Origins called Spring Fever,  I loved that scent, still miss it and recevied more compliments I could ever count.

Amazing & Pure Grace.  Have received many compliments.

Also, Elizabeth Arden's White Tea - very clean and light.

For winter:

Have received compliments for Michael Kor's Wanderlust.  Warm fragrance with sandalwood notes dry down.

They don't last long on me. I bought a sample of 7 or 8 of her scents (wood sage and sea salt were my favorites)- they are nice and you can combine them, but the staying power is not worth the money, imo.
