The Tarte has vitamin c but I thought i read it was unstable unless mixed fresh everyday. I assume this is somehow preserved in their oil. Josie Maran says it's organic. Does it really matter which country they come from? Anyone know the differences in these two oils? Both have good reviews but I am lost. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Annamarie.
