Microdelivery scrub and Psoriasis

My sons best buddy just left after a 4 day visit. While he was visiting he was dipping into the huge bottle of the Philosophy Microdelivery scrub that I keep in the bath/shower. This guy has a serious case of Psoriasis and he said the scrub has actually help to heal his Psoriasis. Does anyone out there know of product to relieve the condition on his scalp ?
