Microdelivery peel - 2 step - am I doing it right?

I've heard tons of good things about the Microdelivery 2 Step system. I tried it last night for the first time and I was kinda underwhelmed. Putting it on did not seem to be a problem, but taking it off was kinda awkward. All of the grains never seemed to come completely off my skin, and afterward my face kinda felt scratchy.

My skin definitely felt smooth, but I'm not sure I noticed too much of an improvement. I have younger skin that's mostly normal/combination with some very small patches of rosacea.

What's everyone else's take on this product? Do I just need to give it more time?
