Years ago I rented an apartment and the landlord would call before he came over.  One Saturday he came in without calling and as I was coming down the stairs makeup free he said "Is that you".

My daughter drops my grandson off most days on her way to the gym, I never have makeup on, my hair is usually in a messy pony tail.  The other day we met for brunch and I had my hair blow dried, makeup on, it was funny he kept staring at me.  It was like he was thinking is that grandma?  It kind of looks like her but not sure!
