@IMW @Pook @AngelPuppy1   One trick I do is when I take the wand out of the tube I lightly wipe it with tissue.  This way it is not so wet.  I find it works out better for me.  I actually do this with any mascara.

I bought it in 3 different colors- It DOES smudge a bit, at least here in Southern California where it has been over 110 degrees and i have been perspiring outside..But I also really like it, and  I kind of expectalittle smudging in those circumstances! LOVE the colors..wish it came in a dark green too!
