@HeiressIn-FL, I have been using WEN for years and it is the only one that I will use. I always had scalp problems until I started using it. Now, no problems at all. I do use several different kinds, and usually mix tree tea with sweet almond mint and lavender. That works best for me. I have thin, not quite shoulder-length, color-treated hair, and my hair always looks good.

I like WEN. I use WEN. i have not yet purchased a gallon size. My hair was straw dry and split ended when I finally decided to try WEN after watching the presentations for over a year and listening to what Chaz had to say about using his products. Somethme In August or September he usually has a deal on the Classics that will get you off to a great start. I was a sceptic for sure about how would it clean my hair. SO, since I knew it was on it's way and I was on vacation I diddn't wash my hair for several days. I was at the end of my rope and just about to give up waiting, when the boxes arrived. Willing to give it the best possible chance to cleanse my hair I used the Tea Tree. Very medicinal scent but used as directed the apply, add a splash of water, cleanse, rinse repeat method. My thick salt and pepper hair was clean and had a wave to it I hadn't seen in years. It also made my grey blindingly shiney as it took off all the other residue that was on my hair. I got the Tea Tree and the FIG to start out one to cleanse and one for the moisture/body. Four years later I still use those two. I have not had any problems with WEN. I would suggest getting one of the ensamble sets or a variety pack. Not every variety is good for my hair. If I had started out with Sweet Almond Mint I would never have gone back. Other people love it. Pay careful attention to what he says about the product not just the scents. If you have any particular questions I highly sugget you pop over to the WEN chat board here. they are a helpful bunch over there. Informed decisions are the best kind.

@HeiressIn-FLI would buy a certain one for your hair type first before buying a gallon.
I use Wen and love it. My color stays great and my hair is so soft.

When I purchased my first Wen I never thought I would be embarking on a whole new world. That was 10 years ago and I will never use anything else on my hair or body. I color my hair and my hair is like the models. Everything Chaz say is true. I grew my hair to the middle of my back (longest it's been since my teens) all because of Wen. Wen is Wenderful!

Hi ladies,
If you or someone you know are WEN users, would you please share your experience? The presentations almost sound too good to be true, but the models' hair look so healthy. I'm tempted to try it, but wanted your opinions/input before I made a purchase. Thanks in advance, and Happy July 4th weekend!! 🇺🇸🎉🇺🇸🎉🇺🇸🎉 Edited to add: My concern is color/toner fading.

I only use Wen for a conditioner. Then I put 1/2 pump in the top/front half and another in the back half before I dry. It gives me a clean but a better controlled style.
My stylist prefers I not use a product surrounded by scandal, but my hair is great condition.

I used WEN for 6 months and had the most GORGEOUS hair I've ever had. To this day, it is goal that I want other hair products to reach and so far, none has. Yes, a few have come close but nothing has matched the shine, gloss, body, silkiness, perfection it made my hair.
No, I no longer use it. It was the cause of massive hair loss for me; yes, it was documented by my doctors (including 2 specialists) and my stylist. For ME, it was the menthol and clogged hair follicles. I used Fig and Lavender and well, there it is.
If you have no reaction, it's the best out there (IMHO).

Ladies, thank you!!❤❤ I have longer hair past my shoulders and it's highlighted. I think I may try a smaller size bottle of Wen and see what happens.
For most, WEN is not an overnight sensation, it takes getting used to and your hair will not improve overnight. By the time you get to the end of that smaller bottle, you will know.
Last December, after using MY first small bottle, I purchased a set of 6 different formulas. It really helped me determine which were best for my needs.
Like @SXMGirl my biggest complaint was my very dry scalp. Mission accomplished!

I used it for a while when it first came out yrs ago.
Quality? I didn't really see any difference, but it felt good
emotionally to be part of the excitement.
Financially? I love to spend money like the next person,
but it just didn't make sense after a while.
Environmentally? It killed me to see a UPS truck drive up w/ my
hair products, in a large cardboard box w/ filling. Seemed so wasteful.
In this day/age, surely I could find something locally w/out waiting
for a truck to deliver my shampoo. Seemed selfish. Never looked back.
