May Beauty Box - Target....

I've been trying for months so I was finally able to grab one. I don't need any more beauty products but I wanted to get one to check them out.

Unfortunately, this months' is $10 when I know in the past they usually run $5-$7. But since I've been checking for them to go on sale for days, and I found it online and I bought one!

@Jayjay Thanks for the posting- i don't know where i have been, but I had not heard of these. The May box looks great- I think it was at the higher end because of the content. Ordered one- and now on my radar for future months. How do you keep track of when one is ready for sale?

I'm passing this month. I was disappointed in the April box - the foundation packet was way too light for me and the lipstick shade was awful (for me and everyone in my book group. It went in the garbage). The CeraVe sample was 1/16 of the jar full. So for $10 and the only full size product being the lip pencil (color??) I'll pass for someone else to try.

I have to agree about the April lipstick---beige? It could be a concealer in that shade. I tossed it too.

Still, it's fun to get these boxes and try new items that I would never buy in a full size without knowing about them.

I'm new to this as well but I googled Target May 2016 beauty box but I could only see info on previous months' kits. At one point, I lived chatted with a Target rep and he gave me an item number which wasn't correct and told me it would go online during the first week of May. I did read it would go on sale around 2am on May 2nd and I stayed up to catch it. I tried for a few months prior but they sold out before I could order.

There is a website that you can sign up with that will send you a reminder and you can find that if you google Target beauty box. Hope this helps!

UPDATE: As of 10:50 AM ET, this box has sold out.

It was put on at 2am central time on May 2nd and by 9:50am central time, sold out. I'd say it went pretty fast. I remember reading a similar time frame for Aprils.

I ordered mine about 8:30 this morning. I've gotten them before so received an email from Target this morning to remind me.

I quit buying the different boxes Target, Wal-Mart had. I hardly ever used the products they sent. I have got to the point where I don't like to try new things on my face in fear of how it will react.

I was so mad I missed it today. I was able to snag the last two.
