So just what are the ingredients besides what is listed on the bottle which is hard to read.  10,000 mcg of biotin seems like alot.  Very  pricey for a month's supply[...

Agree with you re the Biotin.  That does seem like a lot.

The daily suggested intake of biotin is around 30 to 100 mcg. But some supplements offer way more, as high as 10000 mcg in one dose. So, is 10000 mcg biotin too much? That amount is not harmful for most people. Biotin is safe even in high doses, as the body throws out the extra through urine.

In addition to that 10,000 mcg of biotin it also contains another type of biotin, brand name Lustriva, which is suppose to be a highly bioavailable form of biotin good for hair growth. Lustriva is an expensive ingredient.

Does it actually contain Lustriva and an addl. 10000 mcg Biotin, I think the Lustriva contains the Biotin and there is no addl. That would be way overkill on Biotin. I take Lustriva tablets and one is 10000 mcg total, that is what Lustriva is made from. No need for any addl. 10000 mcg is max.

Be sure to read reviews on this product, some say it made them sick to their stomach. I would much rather take a tablet or capsule. Price is $15 more today than last night. You can find this many places.

My suggestion is to read all the reviews, then decide. and you can  read reviews other places too like amazon, and some vitamin sites.
