Marula Oil on GMA Deals and Steals

Hi, did anyone order the Marula Oil on GMA?  It was 3 weeks ago last Thursday.  I still haven't received it.  I tried to call them on the phone number on my invoice and got a message stating they do not accept phone calls from cell phones. I do not have a land-line phone.  Then I sent an e-mail to them stating I would like to cancel because this is the worst customer service ever.  After that, my payment was processed, but no return e-mail, shipping info or anything else.  Did anyone else order this? If so, did you get it?  Thanks!
