I think that this is an Ulta Problem that they need to get under control.  I use to be a huge shopper. Their Quality has declined. The last straw for me was when I went into a store and I was looking at the Philosophy Shower Gel Counter. They had a sample of Amazing Grace. Anyone, that uses Amazing Grace knows that the color is pink. The color was yellow in the tester bottle. True this was a tester but if you can't even take the time with something as simple as changing out a Tester bottle that people use to make a decision to purchase a product.  How are you about rotating stock when it should be done. This store is just not for me anymore.

Totally agree alliswell.Martha paid for her mistakes. She started again and is successful. Good for her!!! May she continue to have success. My only wish is that the hosts would let her do the descriptions. From her I learn more. The lady knows what she is talking about.Some of the hosts appear in awe of her. LET HER SPEAK
