I thought she sounded very bored and not at all excited about much of anything in the calendar. If I was QVC, I'd be mad that I paid for her to make this video:

I am glad that there are still some bloggers who remain honest despite the sponsorship. QVC and other sponsors take their chances and some will build up the brand even if they don't care for the item but glad Marnie told the truth.

My grandaughter worships anything makeup. She is always on Youtube watching these things. I think she'd be bored watching this. I'd get it for her except she's a teenager and wouldn't want or need some of these things for wrinkles. It seems like it would be heavy. It isn't very 'inventive'.

I know Sylvester's wife puts one out every year on HSN. It's often pretty neat.

I'll not be buying it.

She only has 75,000 subscribers??!

In YouTube World, that's nothing...almost an unknown.

Sad to think QVC doesn't have the name recognition to reel in

someone a little more up & coming than this young, inexperienced lady.

She doesn't call herself young, btw.

I've seen Dani from CoffeeBreakwithDani (almost 1/2 million subs) do QVC sponsored videos too. And Kandee Johnson (2 million+ subs) had a a beauty product for sale on QVC.com for awhile ( maybe it still is). Also, grav3yardgirl's tarte palette is being sold on QVC too... she has over 7 million subs.

The irony is thick since QVC doesn't want outside links posted on these boards...that is unless it's pointing to their own products. At least the youtube vlogger is honest in mentioning that the video is a sponsored one and that she's been paid by QVC.

They can get in big trouble if they don't announce that it's sponsored.
