Just purchased this tonight at Ulta ($17) after reading rave reviews online. I read years ago that Martha Stewart is a fan. Just wondering if any of you lovely ladies has any experience with this product. I get monthly breakouts on my chin (usually one or two spots) and hope this overnight treatment will help.

Any input will be appreciated!

Re: Mario Badescu Drying Lotion

I haven't tried that one in particular, but did purchase something called Bye Bye Blemish that worked really well for my DD's monthly breakouts. I don't know if the ingredients are an exact match to the MB Drying Lotion, but it works the same way (don't shake, dip the q-tip down into the sediment, etc.). The Bye Bye Blemish is around $10 compared to the Mario Badescu's $18.

Re: Mario Badescu Drying Lotion

MB's products are excellent! There are many I use when my skin decides to act up. This is one I always have on hand. It will make a difference overnight. As JeanLouise stated, dip a q-tip straight down into the 2 layers and apply. (do not shake up) If you can, leave a "blotch" on overnight. For daytime use, I blend it out. HTH

Yes, I always have a bottle of MB Drying Lotion on hand. It lasts a long while and does help dry up outbreaks. I agree with scottygal, Mario Badescu has great products.

Scout, Bye Bye Blemish sounds like the same thing, and I like the price better. Where did you buy it?

Vamp - Bye Bye Blemish is available at Ulta but it's probably worth a check at some of the usual places like drugstore dot com, Vitacost, etc.

Re: Mario Badescu Drying Lotion

Bye Bye Blemish can be purchased on Amazon.com in different configurations. Mario B. as well. Purchased both and for me they work the same. It's the cheapest place I have found to date. Don't shake and apply w/q tip to pimple. Hope this helps
