Mario Badescu - Customer Service Rave

Last week, I went to Mario Badescu's website and completed the skin type questionnaire. I left for vacation and when I returned, I received an email with some product recommendations and was told that some samples would be mailed within the next few weeks. I received them today and I can't believe how generous they were. First, they had a personalized skincare regimen that consisted of 9 total products. Then they sent me samples for 8 of them...two cleansers, two moisturizers, a toner, two masks and an eye cream -- at absolutely no charge. These are not scrawny packets...they are a decent size...the eye cream will last me a month.

I just placed an order and they are offering free shipping on $50 or more -- if anyone has an interest.
