I had my hair toned with more of a cool blonde shade. It looks better with my skin tone. I'm really liking my new blonde!! I feel so much younger, lol.

Since we're the same age, maybe I should go lighter too! Lol! Been feeling a little older lately. Glad you like it! Can't wait to get mine done, but I'm going darker.

Well, I'm sad to say, but I don't think I like my new blonde color. It is getting very brassy and I already have roots. It has only been a week since I have had my hair done. I made an appointment for Tuesday. I'm going back to my natural color, which is dark blonde. When will I ever learn??? Bethany, I hope you like your new color.

oh nooo, not good! Are you sure she used color and not a bit of bleach? If done well, it shouldn't show roots so easily or get brassy. Do you know what brand she used. Sorry Hilary, bummer.

I'm not sure what she used. She said she used 20 volume, but I'm not sure if you use 20 volume with bleach, too. My hair kind of looks like maybe it didn't get light enough. Like it needs another process or something. She toned it and it looked good, but the toner only lasted about a day or two. ??? My hair feels great though. It doesn't feel dry like when I have had bleach highlights before. It may just need another process. I don't think I am into all this trouble. I think I will go back to my natural color. I don't want to use bleach or have to double process my hair. I knew better... I don't like high maintenance hair, except for when it comes to Wen. I will splurge on that..
