received my order of mally volumizing duo mascara and it was in the envelope loose with no individual boxes . What's up with that? They have always come boxed . It worries me cause I wonder if they are a return and have been used. ? It diesnt seem very safe to send loose this way😏 I read the question/answer on the item and someone posted that she had hers loose with no boxes either and the other wrote hers came with the boxes. Can't even request another set as its on waitlist. My local Ulta is out of it as well. Anyone order the duo set recently and if so we're they boxed ?

@Kitty Galore When I used it, it did arrive boxed. I’d be skeptical.

I received some makeup (now can't remember who's) I think it was Laura Geller, and it was in a box, just loose.
I called QVC and they said that was the way it was sent out.
I just can't remember. I think it was the lip liners. I've never received anything like that. It just seemed strange. But the QVC rep said they were being sent out that way.

If the individual mascaras weren't wrapped I would send them back as this sounds like a return, But if they are wrapped I would say they would be safe to use and maybe that is how they are sending them out. Call Mally's CS and ask them if they know how they are sent to QVC.

@cuddlesmama That's exactly what I plan to do . I looked up her website this morning and will find out. I really don't feel comfortable using something for my eyes that could be a return someone may have used or worse. You never know. QVC should not send this kind of item out this way.

spoke to cs from Mallys company and she said it most definitely should have been sent in individual boxes and sealed for my protection !!! I just called QVC cs and the rep listened , said nothing ! I asked if she was still there and she said yes and the switched me over to another rep! What is up with that anyways!! I'm getting really mad I don't like being given the run around I want my problem to be addressed! I am going to call again now and hopefully get someone that can help explain to me about this issue.

@Kitty Galore I don’t think I’d call again. You rec’d your answer from Mally’s co. (the horse’s mouth). Check off “defective” on return slip, send it back and search for another brand of mascara.

I received a set of Mally's eyeshadows that had obviously been used and I noticed that the return address was Q's return center so I sent that back pronto and have not ordered any beauty products from Q since. Seems if they had the nerve to send me out a return they would have checked it first and anyone would have noticed the smeared ends of the eyeshadow all over the tubes. I was icked out.

I did decide to call and speak to another cs rep. She said the policy is never to send out any beauty product that was a return. I in turn said that you can't really guarentee that you are not personally in the warehouse. I in turn told her this is bad practice as this is an item for the eyes and could cause a major eye infection at the very least ! She just repeated the same. I told tell her I called the Malays company , and they told me they are always boxed . Cs Rep then said it will be looked into to see if maybe they just fell out of there boxes.. Come on 😳. If that were true why wouldn't they be put back in There boxes please!!!!!!! I am sending back and will order from mally directly . I beileve the warehouse practices need to be looked into , but weather they will be or not who knows.
