Mally mascara problem

Is anyone having a problem with their Mally mascara drying out, clumping or flaking?? I am new to Mally and bought the TSV in March and the tube of mascara is drying out and clumping and looks like it wants to flake. I usually use a tube of mascara for 3 months, but I was using Lancome and this is the first time I've used Mally, do not sure if this is normal or if I just got a bad tube. TIA
