Mally blog makeup tip

I asked Mally what to do for a smokey eye if you have small closed set eyes. She said put eye shadow on lid as usual. But, the she stated to put a smokey/smudged look on the lower eye line. I tried it today its looks great..I used a NYX eyeliner in sunrise blue (I have blue eyes).
