I know Mally talks about the celebrity clients to make a point, that being that the makeup will stand up through waterfalls, sweat, etc. And that's OK. I understand it when she does that. What I don't like is when the hosts will jump in and use the "celebrity" of these clients to sell the product as if to say, well, if it's good enough for her, it's good enough for you. One vendor in particular over the last tsv shows actually said and I'm paraphrasing, Mally works on some very famous faces, one of them just had a baby, not naming which one. . . This had nothing to do with the staying power of the makeup, just simply using the celebrity status of someone many of us might not want to associate Mally's makeup with. There are several it could be, but I hope we don't hear names because there are lots of celebrities that if I knew used Mally's makeup, I might want to stop wearing it. . . . "Won't name any names," but just saying. I love Mally's makeup; please don't turn me off to it by naming a celebrity that I just don't want to emulate. Most of them don't exactly make me want to buy something, and if I know they wear it, well, just might make me think twice about buying it. Love Mally, love her products. One person wrote on the boards that Mally is like "cover girl" but cover girl mascara is not made in Italy.
