Mally Poreless Perfection Skin Refinisher

Has anyone noticed this drying out their skin? I ordered this as an advance order in Sept and finally received it in November. However, my skin feels awful when I use this. So disappointed. Well I just ordered It Cosmetics Powder with Collagen with Luxe Brush. Hope this works better for me. (Of course, the frigid weather is not helping.)
