Mally Poreless Perfection Skin Finisher v. Poreless Face Defender

Mally Beauties, question for you: What is the difference in use of these products. I know one is a "powder" (but not REALLY a powder). The Defender is...I do not know how to describe it, but I know it is the last step. To me it feels like a finishing primer. It gives that smooth feeling. So, how to you choose btw. the 2? Have you heard Mally say anything that indicates why one should be chosen over the other as a last step?
