Mally High Shine Liquid Lipsticks being stale/gone bad; anyone else experience this with orders?

I have had a number of these arrive being expired/rancid/stale. You know the smell when lipstick has turned (smells like crayon wax)? Well, these products have a bad smell you can't miss. Sometimes, it will be only one in the group, other times all of them. I've had to send an entire kit back because of this and the replacement is the same. Mally's site has also had issues with this but you can exchange just the gloss...sometimes it stinks, other times it smells great and all is well.

Am I the only one? Makes me wonder how long kits sit around. (it's only been with gloss in kits, not individual purchase of the high shine product)
