Malar Festoons

I am developing these round puffy things at the top of my cheeks and right below my eyes. I found out they are malar festoons. I hate them!!! Any ideas how to get rid of them????

I have these but didn't know they had a name!! Malar festoons - sounds like swamp monsters!!!

Dr Oz once featured a patient with severe festoons on her face and her plastic surgeon, she looked terrific after!! It takes more than facial lipo, since just removing the fat will leave a hollow look, it all needs to be smoothed out after the extra fat is removed.

Mine were removed when having a facelift ten years ago. They bothered me for years. Not sure anything but plastic surgery will help. Worth checking out with ps. I'm thinking it could be done as part of lower eye lift

When I saw this topic, I thought it was some kind of a balloon or party ornament!

I think I know what everyone is talking about though, and if I had those I would be consulting with a plastic surgeon.

I am going to consult a plastic surgeon. I have been working on them. I put the PTR firmx eye on and when needed, Skinn Cosmetics eye mask. thanks everyone

Oh, no! I'm getting those, too. I was wondering if I'd moved something around with my NuFace! Darn it! With all the problems I want fixed that need a plastic surgeon, it's going to be a very l-o-n-g list!
